Donbet Casino Responsible Gaming: Stay in Control
Table of contents
Gambling should be a form of paid entertainment, and it should stay that way. At Donbet we treat responsible gambling as part of how the casino works, not as a notice at the bottom of a page. This page explains the tools we provide, the signs that deserve attention and where free support is available.
Gambling is for adults aged 18+ only. Nothing on this page replaces professional help, and anyone who feels that play is no longer under control can stop at any time.
The tools described here are reached after signing in on the home page of Donbet casino online, in the account settings, in a desktop or a mobile browser.

🎯 Our approach at Donbet
We want play to stay within a budget set before the first deposit. We provide clear rules, visible limits and simple ways to pause or stop, and we never present a bonus as a reason to deposit more than planned. Return to player, volatility and wagering conditions are explained in plain terms, so that nothing in a game or an offer is presented as a way to make money.
🚩 Signs that play may be becoming a problem
- Spending more than planned or trying to win back losses.
- Playing longer than intended or hiding play from others.
- Using money needed for essential costs.
- Feeling anxious or irritable when not playing.
- Gambling to escape stress or low mood.
One or more of these signs is a reason to pause and use the tools below.
🛠️ Tools in the account settings
💷 Deposit limits
A deposit limit caps the amount that can be added over a chosen period. A limit can be lowered whenever the player wishes, while raising it is a decision worth taking slowly.
⏰ Session reminders and time-outs
Reminders show how long a session has lasted. A time-out closes access for a chosen period, a break that is useful after a long session.
🚫 Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion blocks access to the account for a longer period. Donbet support can explain how to set it up through live chat or email.
🧾 Spending history
The transaction history in the cashier shows every deposit and withdrawal, which helps a player see how much has been spent over time.
🔒 GAMSTOP
UK players can also register with GAMSTOP, a free service that blocks access to licensed online gambling sites in Great Britain for a chosen period.
📝 Staying in control in five steps
- Set a budget before opening the lobby.
- Set a deposit limit in the account settings.
- Use session reminders to keep track of time.
- Take regular breaks and never chase losses.
- Stop at the planned limit, whatever the result.
🔞 Protection of minors
Registration at Donbet is open to adults only, and identity verification confirms age. We do not knowingly accept minors, and an account found to belong to one is closed. Adults who share a device with young people should keep passwords private and can use parental control software to block gambling sites.
🤝 Where to find free help
BeGambleAware offers information and support at begambleaware.org. The National Gambling Helpline, run by GamCare, is free and confidential on 0808 8020 133 and also offers online chat. Gamblers Anonymous holds meetings for people who want peer support. Many UK banks also let customers block gambling payments on cards, and the bank can explain how.
